Shipping policy

Order Processing Times: All standard, in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-Orders: If your order includes a [PRE-ORDER] item (such as our Temptation Red paint), your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. Domestic Shipping: Shipping is strictly within the United States. Charges are calculated at checkout. Shipping Restrictions: Due to the nature of our premium paint products, they must be shipped via standard Ground transportation; we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Please contact us at support@jmrperformance.com with your order number and photos of the condition.
