Refund policy

At JMR Performance, we take pride in providing premium custom products. Because many of our items are specialized, we have strict guidelines in place to ensure quality control and protect the integrity of our brand. 

Eligibility for Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging. 

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount for all returns, including buyer's remorse, unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an incorrect item sent by our mistake. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Non-Returnable Items: Opened, mixed, or used paint concentrates; Hard parts or accessories that have been installed or modified; Custom-ordered items. 

Defective or Incorrect Items: Exempt from the restocking fee, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
